Stanley Smotritsky, Esq.
Stanley Smotritsky, the founding partner of the Firm is a recognized expert in Immigration Law and Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Smotritsky began his legal career at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office where he worked as a Community Associate in the Early Case Assessment Bureau while attending law school. After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Smotritsky became an Associate with a prominent New Jersey Immigration Law Firm - The Law Offices of Isabella Mayzel. As an Associate with Isabella Mayzel's Office, Mr. Smotritsky learned all aspects and intricacies of Immigration Law. He represented clients in Immigration Courts and before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. After resigning from the Law Offices of Isabella Mayzel, Mr. Smotritsky worked as a Contract Attorney for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, & Loewy, LLP . the largest and the most prestigious Immigration Firm in the U.S. In that position, Mr. Smotritsky concentrated on the Employment-based area of Immigration Law. He assisted multinational managers, executives, and professionals in obtaining work visas and permanent residency in the United States.
Stanley Smotritsky is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, New York's Eastern and Southern Federal Districts, and is admitted to practice Immigration Law in all 50 states. He is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Associations, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and New Jersey State Bar Association.

Yakov Spektor, Esq.
Yakov Spektor is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He specializes in the areas of Immigration Law, Drug Law, Family Law and the history of jurisprudence. Prior to joining Smotritsky Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Spektor was conducting independent research into the Drug Law and the Supreme Court jurisprudence, International Law and Fourth Amendment jurisprudence. He is a skilled practitioner in the areas of Immigration Law and Bankruptcy Law. He writes regularly on the subjects of Immigration Law, Drug Law and Policy. Yakov Spektor is admitted to practice law in New York, as well as in New York's Eastern and Southern Federal Districts.

Daniel Hymowitz, Esq. (Of Counsel)
Mr. Hymowitz is Of Counsel to Smotritsky Law Group, PLLC. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Hymowitz successfully represents clients in a variety of civil, commercial and criminal defense litigation, as well as is being engaged in diverse transactional and negotiation scenarios to help its clients avoid or prevent litigation. Mr. Hymowitz is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the United States Federal District Courts for Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and is a member of a number of Bar Associations. Diverse life experience, unparalleled skills set, rigorous training and ability to thoroughly and effectively analyze complex scenarios under stress and time constrains uniquely position Mr. Hymowitz to come up with winning strategies and successfully represent clients even in the most challenging and unusual matters and situations. Mr. Hymowitz is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew. He is a father of three and lives with his family in New York City.
